One of the biggest failings of the Fantastic Beasts franchise has been the lack of connection that fans have felt towards its characters. Featuring Mas Mikkelsen as Grindelwald, formerly played by Johnny Depp (before he was displaced due to variation allegations levelled against him), this latest Harry Potter film has an even bigger star up its sleeve: Hogwarts.
